Sean and Karen met and married while serving in the US Navy. One of the first things that happened in their relationship and marriage was making Jesus their Lord and Savior and finding ways to serve in His Kingdom. They have served as lay ministers, church staff, and pastors for over 25 years while raising four wonderful children. They have served the body of Christ from children's church to pastoring and everything in between.
They believe in the importance of leading His Church well and know the weight and responsibility that is an inherent part of ministry. From their experiences, relationships with church leaders, and their relationship with Christ, they have been called to come alongside those who serve and lead in the Church to provide a place of rest and encouragement. They would encourage every church leader to get back to their 'why' of ministry and reconnect with Jesus in deeper ways while remaining in His rest and embrace.
